Think Tank
The Practitioners Think Tank is designed to create a forum for outdoor and adventure professionals to discuss latest industry trends, issues, demands, and share information. Networking and idea sharing is also a great benefit! Keynote speakers and some workshop presentations will be offered for professional development.

Prerequisites:
Committed professional with a vested interest in the fields of Experiential Education (EE), Adventure Education (AE), Experience-based Training & Development (EBTD), Therapeutic Recreation (TR) or other similar profession to attend.

The Think Tank format will be designed utilizing Open Space Technology (OST) during the first couple hours which will determine session / breakout discussion topics.

For those of you who are not familiar with OST, no problem. Just come with some ideas of topics, issues, activities or anything else that you wish to discuss with other EE, AE, EBTD, TR professionals. Your questions will be collected and discussion groups generated from the results and interest levels.

Friday, TBA:

5 PM - Early arrivals, dinner and social hour the night before. (Meal on your own)

Saturday, TBA:

8 AM - Breakfast

9:00 AM - Begin Open Space Technology process
10:45 AM - First Session Time Frame
12 PM - Lunch
1 PM - Second Session Time Frame
2:30 PM - Break
3:00 PM - Third Session Time Frame
5 PM - Free Time
5:30 PM - Dinner
6:30 PM - Keynote Speaker - Craig Thomas, Corporate Attorney

Presentation of business legal issues, waiver form review, liability exposure, small / large business structures, Q & A

9 AM - Forth Session Time Frame

10:45 AM - Fifth Session Time Frame
12 PM - Lunch (Please move out of your rooms prior to lunch)
